As Head of Homeownership and Leasehold I oversee the sales, lettings and management Plus Dane’s Homeshub portfolio.
I have worked within Homeownership for 21 years, starting my career as a Surveyor which gave me a great foundation to build upon. I never tire of the passion which comes from the sector.
Every day I see the difference we make to customers’ lives through providing a diverse range of housing products and services. Whether that be supporting customers on to the housing ladder, providing them with a great rental home or supporting them though their time in occupation, the ‘value add’ is evident.
Our next meeting will be in Spring so watch out for your invitation.

Lisa Cogley - Secretary
Lisa Cogley is AHOG Secretary and an Income Officer at The Regenda Group, specialising in arrears recovery for multi tenures and has worked within the housing industry for over 20 years.
Lisa manages the main AHOG – Affordable Home Ownership Group and co-manages the Service Charge group.
