As Head of Homeownership and Leasehold, I oversee the sales, lettings, and management of Plus Dane’s Homeshub portfolio, which is integral to our commitment to affordable home ownership.
With 21 years of experience in Homeownership, starting as a Surveyor, I have built a strong foundation in this sector. My passion for community support and the impact we have on customers' lives never wanes.
Every day, I witness the difference we make by providing a diverse range of housing products and services. Whether it’s helping customers climb onto the housing ladder, offering them a great rental home, or supporting them through their time in occupation, the ‘value add’ is clear, especially within our service charge group.

Lisa Cogley serves as the Secretary of the Affordable Home Ownership Group (AHOG) and works as an Income Officer at The Regenda Group, where she specializes in arrears recovery for multi-tenures. With over 20 years of experience in the housing industry, Lisa plays a crucial role in managing the main AHOG and co-managing the Service Charge group. By becoming a member of the Affordable Home Ownership Group, you will join a community dedicated to advancing affordable home ownership, providing you with valuable community support, and allowing you to share and access essential advice.
