Dawn Grocott - AHOG Chair
Dawn has worked in Social Housing for 32 years and is experienced in all aspects of Leasehold Management, Shared Ownership, Rent to Buy and Service Charge administration. She is Leasehold Manager for Torus 62 Ltd managing a portfolio of c.4,500 leasehold, shared ownership and rent to buy properties. Dawn is also a regular speaker and Chair of The National Housing Federation’s Leasehold and Tenant service charge conference.

Lisa Cogley - AHOG Secretary
Lisa Cogley is AHOG Secretary and an Income Officer at The Regenda Group, specialising in arrears recovery for multi tenures and has worked within the housing industry for over 20 years.
Lisa manages the main AHOG – Affordable Home Ownership Group and also co-manages the Service Charge group.
